1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BotIPOS ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BotIPOS provides automated domain monitoring services across Indonesian Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The Service:

• Monitors domain accessibility across Telkomsel, XL Axiata, Indosat Ooredoo, and TrustPositif
• Sends automated notifications via Telegram when domain status changes
• Provides historical tracking of domain accessibility
• Is a technical monitoring service only

BotIPOS does not control, endorse, own, or take responsibility for the content of any monitored domains. We provide monitoring technology only.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Legal Use Only

You agree to use BotIPOS exclusively for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• All domains you monitor contain legal content
• You own or have authorization to monitor the domains
• Your use complies with all applicable Indonesian and international laws
• You will not use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use BotIPOS to monitor domains that contain or promote:

• ❌ Illegal gambling or betting services
• ❌ Unlicensed pharmaceutical sales
• ❌ Pirated or copyright-infringing content
• ❌ Malware, viruses, or harmful software distribution
• ❌ Fraudulent or scam websites
• ❌ Child exploitation or abuse content (zero tolerance)
• ❌ Terrorism or violent extremism
• ❌ Human trafficking or exploitation
• ❌ Drug trafficking or illegal substance sales
• ❌ Any content illegal under Indonesian law

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• The legality of all domains you choose to monitor
• The content hosted on your monitored domains
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any consequences arising from monitoring specific domains
• Your use of information provided by the Service

5. Disclaimer of Liability

5.1 Service Limitations

BotIPOS provides monitoring technology only. We:

• Do NOT control or influence the content of monitored domains
• Do NOT verify the legality of monitored domains
• Do NOT endorse any monitored domain or its content
• Are NOT responsible for how users utilize monitoring information
• Are NOT liable for any damages arising from use of the Service

5.2 No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Accuracy of monitoring results
• Completeness of data
• Suitability for any particular purpose

6. Account Termination

6.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without notice or refund, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that:

• You are monitoring illegal or harmful content
• You have violated these Terms
• Your usage poses legal or reputational risk to BotIPOS
• We are required to do so by law or legal process

6.2 User Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Legal Cooperation

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. We may disclose user information, including but not limited to:

• Account details and contact information
• Monitored domain lists
• Usage logs and timestamps
• Payment information
• Any other data required by legal process

When legally permitted, we will notify users of such disclosures. However, we are under no obligation to do so.

8. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed in USDT (Tether cryptocurrency)
• Billing is on a 30-day cycle
• No refunds except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Expired licenses will not receive notifications

9. Intellectual Property

BotIPOS, its logo, and all related materials are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BotIPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for actions taken based on monitoring results

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BotIPOS and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• The content of domains you choose to monitor
• Any claims by third parties related to your use

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
